“I paid another $500 to receive my handbook in February with the promise of delivery in one week. When I called to ask about it a month later they tried to tell me I hadn't paid them, once I sent the receipt then they wanted to talk to me again, I am assuming she didn't remember what we discussed and didn't make the edits to the document.”

“UPDATE: Since paying in full over 13 months ago, I have been rebilled in error 3 times. Complete with eventual apologies, they now want a service fee for their mistake.”
