Great department in the summerlin area. I was helped in a dire time of need. They were recommended by an old friend. And I couldn't be more thankful.

They will loose your case and take your money!!

I (luckily) haven't had to deal with many lawyers in my life, but this location is a complete joke. Norma Jean is the first person you'll, unfortunately, run into and she makes it known from the beginning that you are inconveniencing her and she can't wait for you to be out of her face. I went to speak with an attorney, and for whatever reason they weren't in the office, I asked Norma Jean when they should be expected back and she immediately snapped back, "How would I know? I'm not a secretary!" I was surprised at the reaction so it took me a minute to gather my thoughts, but she managed to throw, "Is there anything else?" With the same horrible and unnecessary attitude. I just wanted to get out of there at this point, so I just asked for a card, I got a sigh out of her (of course), and I left. Afterwards, I tried calling the number on the card multiple times over at least 2 weeks to schedule another meeting and I just kept getting sent to voicemail. Finally, after weeks of hearing nothing from these attorneys, the issue was resolved and about 3 days after that, the attorney's assistant finally decided to return my call. I was shocked by how unprofessional, rude, and uncaring this 'professional' attorney's office was. I will never waste my time and money on them again and I recommend no one else does either. There are much better lawyers in Las Vegas.

I was referred to this law office by my CPA who highly recommended them, I wish I could say the same. I started by speaking with Jason who assured me I could have my employee handbook revised with 90 days. (this review is 1 year later) Jason said because I was a small business they would bill me by the hour vs having a retainer. He passed me off to a lower level attorney I believe her name is Astrid, most of the time I spoke to Anthea who is very nice and tried to help. I paid $300 for my initial consultation which I wish I could get back as it didn't do anything for me. I paid another $500 to receive my handbook in February with the promise of delivery in one week. When I called to ask about it a month later they tried to tell me I hadn't paid them, once I sent the receipt then they wanted to talk to me again, I am assuming she didn't remember what we discussed and didn't make the edits to the document. Ive called over and over never getting through and have had more than three phone calls scheduled which I have been NO SHOWED. If you value your time and money this isn't the legal company you want to have. If you have a year plus to wait on no showed appointments and documents to be not delivered, give them a call. I hope someone paying attention to their marketing starts to communicate to the owner of this business due to their lack of follow through on reviews. I see their yelp page has a 2 star review and google is at 4 stars, although the 1 star reviews have no responses. It appears they don't care about their clients.

Gotta love Rob W. He's an ex deputy attorney gen. and he's fuqqen awesome. Will definitely be back as long as there's "no conflicts" Lol

Theyre evicting me but they were very cordial and actually quite helpful in providing the knowledge of their constraints and letting me know what kind of time frames inhave to get their money together. Even after i was rude to her the lady was still polite and helpful and patient with my attitude and discomposure. Minus 1 star only cause they are the evicting attorneys and ya know cant give 5 stars for making me leave.

We would highly recommend this firm to our own family and friends. We had EXCELLENT communication from our attorney Rik Wade! Mr. Wade provided exceptional representation throughout a difficult and complicated case, which lasted an entire year. His hard work (even spending one ENTIRE Saturday with us and communicating with us after hours when necessary) was greatly appreciated! Always professional and courteous treatment throughout this firm; from our attorney and his assistant to the accounting and front desk staff. The easy, convenient online payment portal is very helpful. THANK YOU MR. WADE, ALLIE and HUTCHISON & STEFFEN!

I have never been treated so poorly by a law firm. Without even hearing case details MADDY had one of her assistants call me to tell me they don't take that kind of case. NO DETAILS WERE GIVEN. Then she attempted to give me a number for another attorney and it was a FAX number. I would not recommend this law firm for anyone!

UPDATE: Since paying in full over 13 months ago, I have been rebilled in error 3 times. Complete with eventual apologies, they now want a service fee for their mistake. SUE ME. will (NOT ANYMORE) always call Hutchison and Steffen my home for all matters legal. No one else..
