Poor communication and lack of follow-through
“I paid another $500 to receive my handbook in February with the promise of delivery in one week. When I called to ask about it a month later they tried to tell me I hadn't paid them, once I sent the receipt then they wanted to talk to me again, I am assuming she didn't remember what we discussed and didn't make the edits to the document. Ive called over and over never getting through and have had more than three phone calls scheduled which I have been NO SHOWED.”
