“I talk to a representative and told me I could send my info of the contract of the timeshare by taking picture of the contract. I submitted the images of the contract thru email. Got a response that they need it as PDF form. I submitted it as PDF form by email. Got a response that I need to submit it by fax. This company is very unprofessional.”
