George is fantastic at what he does! I had a situation with a dealership falsifying the inspection report after buying the car “as-is” and ended up with a lemon. I contacted George and he was so helpful right from the start. He kept me in the loop at all times, and he resolved my case in just a couple weeks. He doesn’t back down when the dealerships try to be intimidating. I highly recommend him!

Just an amazing person all round I’m really thankful that I went with him. He got it done quick and easy couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer, if I could give more than five stars I would add more in a heartbeat.

George was an absolutely professional when it came to helping me out with my situation. He was honest and explained the process and the possible outcomes of the lawsuit. George is amazing. I emailed him to explain my situation and he got back to me quickly. He explained what I can do and what I needed to ask for and from whom. Very professional and I can tell he loves what he does and knows very well what he is talking about. I was in a bad situation with a dealer that lied numerous times to get my trade in and sold me a car I had to keep bringing back to get fixed in less than 2 weeks of having it and not to mention a loan was never secured but George helped my fight to get my original car and my down payment back. These salesmen will tell you what they think you want to hear and will scam you. I didn’t understand the whole process and that they neglected to give me the proper paperwork until I was informed by George. I truly believe George is God sent because if I didn’t contact him as soon as I did I don’t think I could have gotten out of this situation. George was prompt to answer my questions and all while on vacation. Now that’s what I call dedication. Thanks again George. I highly recommend getting his help to anyone going through a similar situation.

just move to Vegas a year ago and decided to purchase a used car from a small local dealer and i got Car fraud long story shorth i did not know anyone here is town and i decided to search for a lawyer and i found George Attorneys Against Auto Fraud and let me told he is the best attorney ever. Truthfully, if I could rate George with more stars I would. 5 Stars does not suffice for how pleased I am with George West and all the hard work he put towards resolving my case. To keep things short, I purchased a vehicle from a car dealership here in Las Vegas and what I received... was NOT the vehicle that was advertised and sold to me. George went ABOVE and BEYOND... through every single detail of the sale and the situation that I was in... to ensure I would get all of my money back.... and he most certainly did. Mr. George West is fantastic. My husband bought a vehicle from United Nissan and after a week of owning the vehicle United Nissan called us to return to the dealership to sign a different contract with a higher rate and payment. We were stuck in a bad auto deal with United Nissan but after contacting Mr. George West we were able to cancel the auto loan, return the vehicle and get our car back! We are so grateful for his service! If not for him we would have been scammed. Thank you Mr. George West.

I can't say enough good about George. I emailed him with a situation that my daughter and I got into with a car company being a bit deceiving. In my email, I gave George a brief overview about the situation, and let him know that my daughter and I have very little money, and without hesitation he called me within a very short time, a couple of hours or so. He spoke to me with dignity and humanity, and gave very well thought out and practical advice that I put into practice and acted upon immediately. That was the most helpful advice... What I didn't tell him in my initial email (because I didn't want him to think I was trying to get sympathy) is that half of the funds we were trying to get back were my daughters...although an adult... She's a high functioning Autistic woman, and has worked extremely hard right along side me, for us both to be able to get our own car to buy together since we did have use of a car that my parents were going to, but hadn't had a chance to add my name to it before they each passed away, my dad in 2020, and my mother last year...2021. And we ended up needing to return the car after my daughter and I made all payments on the car for a little over 3 years. And the car salesman (where we recently went) knew the details, which I probably shouldn't have told him about. But the funds that will be returned will be able to go towards a vehicle that we can actually afford and not be expected to lie in order to have a vehicle. I'm very grateful to George and would recommend him to anyone.... with a mental note to all... that from what I personally experienced, I would say that George would be happy help if at all possible no matter a persons station in life and without bias. Thank you George
