I am a senior citizen and have lost my husband. I was stuck in a timeshare that I no longer needed or could afford. The ownership of the resort has changed several times and the maintenance fees were going up every year. The timeshare was paid in full and I did not know how to get out of it. I called O'Grady Law and they gave me directions on how to get out of it without charging me anything. Len and Mr. O'Grady were both very patient with me. The resort had a program to let me out but I did not know about it. It worked and only took a couple of months. I was grateful to them for not charging me. I also learned that if I had hired O'Grady Law I would have been prevented from being approved for the program. They did the right thing and that is rare these days. I am finally out of this burden and it is like a weight being lifted off of me.
