my parents got into an accident in august 2019 and their car was totaled. I took the case to De Castroverde law group. Orlando decastroverde put me in touch with Donna Murcia who was my case manager. she was amazing. she was on top of our case evey step of the way. we never had to chase behind them about the case. always had us updated on what was going on. made everything very simple and efficient. spoke to us on what was our best options were on how to handle the case. Donna booked all my parents first doctors appointments so we didnt have to call them. they call us. very professional. at the end they kept within the time line they said it would take for our case to be paid off and it did in timely manner. thank you for all you help. This law firm was absolute pleasure to have on my behalf. After our car accident we were unsure as to who would be best. However after thorough research it was clear that De Castroverde cares for their clients. We had 100% communication, any questions were answered promptly and clearly.
