I had a scheduled conference call today that I booked online last week. The lawyer I spoke to was very helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient. She understood exactly what I needed and put my mind at ease. She explained the entire process and answered all my questions. At the end of the call, I knew when the time is right, this is the right law firm to hire.
