“I waited until 5:05pm and nobody called me at all, so I decided to call them directly to find out what had happened and a lady with a very strong accent picked up and all she said was HOW CAN I HELP YOU? I made her aware that I had an appointment, but nobody ever called me at all, and all she said TWICE was 'so just to confirm, you were expecting a call from someone?' I said yes, and so she stated that she would pass along the message and that was all.”
