Cons
1
Lack of communication and responsiveness from the legal team, with clients having to repeatedly follow up
“I constantly had to call to get follow up on my case. I also seem to have to remind Christina who is under this guy to work on my case.”
2
Concerns about the firm's billing practices, with some clients feeling they were charged more than the promised percentage
“They promised to take 40% out of whatever we would get, they would also constantly mention that they would never take a bigger percentage as they promised. At the end of the case, I still require medical attention because they never actually "fixed" me. Not to mention that they took 50% out of what we got, and once we asked them "what was the reason for such an increase", they just said they had to take different routes that cost more therefore they had to take 10% more of that they "Promised not to increase".”
