Review updated. Michael Plank has saved the day!!! He took over the situation and turned my sour taste sweet. I must say that in all, when I spoke with Michael Plank, he was nice, professional, and precise with his information. I am pleased to announce that if your case manager can not return your call, the attorney is willing to get back to you. On several occasions, I had to speak with my attorney, and honestly, it was preferred. However, customer service was great when I first became a client. Once you're locked in, then you get sent straight to voicemail. I kept getting misinformed about when I was going to receive my settlement. I waited weeks before posting this, just hoping the communication would improve. The communication did improve at the end. See my updated response!

Attorney Michael Plank is simply amazing. When we spoke earlier in the case I wasn't exactly happy but thanks to the incredible hard work (shoutout to Christina) I was able to receive a much larger settlement than previously discussed.

I was referred to this firm by another well known company in lieu of my particular type of case. I absolutely had no clue at all that my accident could be counted as a loss for anyone except myself. After talking to Mike for a mere few minutes I understood not only could I be compensated; but I SHOULD and WOULD be compensated! I got physical therapy that I had no clue I would need and am feeling better than ever. I received updates as often as I needed it. I did have to change employment and locations after my loss; but Hicks and Brasier made sure that I received the funds needed, the wellness visits were paid, and I didn’t have to pay a dime out of pocket throughout the whole ordeal. Everyone was so professional and friendly 😊

My experience with Hicks & Braiser was awesome! They made sure I had access to great doctors and that I received the care I needed.
