Van Law firm has been so helpful with my case. From the beginning, Amanda has been in contact with me and has made this process less stressful throughout..She calls.. She texts and she makes sure that her clients are informed every step of the way.. I'm so glad that I contacted Van Law Firm.

I would highly recommend Van law firm to everybody. Their customer service and personal care was on point. They got my medical bills extremely low And my case settlement More than I expected. Everybody I dealt with in the company was extremely professional and any issue I had was resolved immediately.

My experience with Priscilla at Van Law Firm was great, they made everything easy for me after getting T-boned in a car accident. I had never been to an attorney before and they made everything easy to understand and they were able to get me good medical care and handled issues with the body shop that was repairing my vehicle. I would recommend this Law Firm to my friends and family.

Overall I had a positive experience with Van Law firm. Everyone was professional and pretty straightforward and the medical team I was sent to was excellent at getting me recovered fully. The only issue I had was the timeline. I was told it would be a shorter process and it did take a bit longer but I understand due to Covid things became complicated. Maryel was very helpful when I raised concerns about being paid in a timely manner and she got to work and sped up the payout process and I was much happier after that. Van Law Firm is an amazing firm. It was my first time in a car accident and dealing with a firm and didn't know what to expect but they made everything so easy and my experience was amazing. They took care of my accident case and it made the process so smooth. I would highly recommend them. Maryel and Yesenia were amazing and would follow up during the entire process. They went above and beyond on my case.

I am happy that I have contacted Van Law Firm. They were there when I first called. Immediately, they took my information and directed me to the right person. The Van Law Firm team has been very responsive, helpful and understanding, and I have the confidence that they will continue to work hard on my case until the very end. They worked with my insurance adjuster, when my car was totaled, because I never once spoke or saw my insurance adjuster, nor did he checked on me. However, Vince my (Case Manager) and Eric, made sure I was taken care of with all my transportation needs; with my insurance company, and especially getting the most value out of my car. I want to thank Van Law Firm for the hard work and dedication they put into my case. My case management team, Norma and Anna, were great and explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. The day after my accident Norma came to my house to do a client intake which was very nice since my car was towed from the scene of the accident. They make it easy to communicate with the use of a text line assigned specifically to my case, as well as being able to call directly. All of the support staff was also very nice and professional. Overall my settlement amount was more than expected. Hopefully I won’t have to be in this situation again but if so I will be using Van Law Firm!

Back to August of last year I had my first accident, and my boyfriend spoke to van law firm At the beginning our case manager did not give us information about everything that was in the process, but we decided to change the case manager and chose Karin. Karin helped us a lot in the process from the beginning to the end. Trying to make my case the best for us. He guided us in everything and he always kept us in contact in every step we had to do.
