Highly recommended! Took care of my case swift and easy, the other insurance company gave us a hard time processing and responding to anything that involved the case but Karin and his team were on it and got my case closed out before the time they told me me it would.

I was involved in a MVA on February 2020. Many of us that are involved in a mild vehicle accident are willing to carry on with life not minding whatever injury or car damage we encountered. At that time I did not think it was necessary to look for legal representation, but as my initial case manager Mark Ramirez explained "whiplash injuries get worse in the next 5 days". I want to thank Michael, Lisa, and Amanda for working on my case all the way through, thank you for being professional and communicative, I know this was a difficult case. Amanda and Lisa texted me with updates of my case, which is a plus for us that are occupied. Also, Maria in reception is outstanding, she welcomed me and made me feel comfortable while going through this situation.
