Sandy is currently handling my short-sale and she has made the entire process very painless and efficient. I was very hesitant about going through the short-sale process, but during my first meeting with Sandy, she immediately laid out all the options and informed me on what the process was going to be like, which immediately put my mind at ease. She is very responsive and easy to communicate with, even after normal business hours. The fact that Sandy is both a licensed realtor in addition to a licensed attorney, also make me feel much more comfortable in that I know that she can handle all aspects of my short-sale. I have known Sandy for many years now and during that time she has always been on top of her game. I wholeheartedly recommend Sandy and her associates and would have added more than 5 stars if it were possible. UPDATE My short sale just got pushed through. If it weren't for Sandy and her team, my only choice was a foreclosure. They informed and kept me updated every step of the way and responded quickly to any questions I had, which eased any stress I had going into this process and made me feel that my interests were well taken cared for. At no point was I really worried that the short sale would not go through. I REALLY recommend Sandy and her team if you want to do a short sale or any real estate needs. Last but definitely not least, the short sale saved me about $235K!

Sandy was extremely helpful when representing us in our short sale process. Her and her team were on top of things when contacting the lender and keeping us informed of what documents we needed and where we were at in the process. It's difficult to get big lending companies to cooperate but she worked hard to get us approved and it was a success. We are very happy with the knowledge, patience and work ethic she displayed while helping us get our short sale processed. She was recommended to us by a friend, that she also successfully helped, and we can see why.

Sandy Van is very knowledgeable, very hard working and was always available to answer questions and assist with problems. She has handled short sales and loan modification cases for me and the results have always been positive and everyone involved in the transaction was very happy with her services. I met with Sandy during my initial consultation and she walked me through my options. I was left with the immediate impression that I was very comfortable with her and that she was somebody I could trust. There was an emergency and I needed to contact her and she took my call while on the road. I was surprised at how helpful she was and I hadn't paid her even a retainer. I know that should my financial situation change for the worse I know she will be my attorney.
