I was ignored, when I called recording says "no one to take your call" until I complained. Never met with lawyer, I was begging for medical care and got none. I have several herniated bulging disk from the accident. I suffer greatly. They didn't care or fight for me because I'm black. The lawyers took most of the money, what I got was nothing. I would like to see your family member treated like this.

I started with 702firm last year after my accident then moved to Tennessee. I did have a hard time getting info and staying up to date on things till madlen came into the picture. From the very start working with her it has been amazing. She has been in constant contact with me and giving me updates as they happen. She truly changed my complete outlook I had previously on the 702firm. If I ever need anything she responds quickly and doesn’t leave me in the dark.
