I had an accident and called them for help. I don't have major issue on the car but I have serious pain on my neck and shoulders, headaches for three days know. I called with a hope that they could help me. But clearly car doesn't look bad enough for them to make big bucks. What a bunch of immoral ambulance chasing pack you are. Shame on you!

HIRED!! LOVE THESE GUYS, VERY PROFESSIONAL. EVERYTIME I HAD QUESTIONS THEY IMMEDIATELY GOT BACK TO ME WITH ANSWERS AND PUT ME AT EASE AND MADE SURE I HAD A RENTAL CAR AND GOT MY CAR IN SHOP AT MY CONVENIENCE. THESE GUYS ARE QUICK AND DON'T MESS AROUND!!!!

I was rear-ended Last year ..Took my case to Lerner and Rowe.. BIG Mistake..Very Unprofessional people..No one ever calls to update my case..Every few months I have to call just to hear a lie about we're waiting on your Dr. to send us a fax? I can get that done in 5 minutes..They're Truly Clueless People..All these 5 Stars are 100% fake..Good Luck!!

Seems the communication is lacking

On June 27, 2020, I was the victim of a car vs pedestrian hit-and-run. As I lay in the hospital bed in the ER, there was one thing running through my mind. "Lerner and Rowe is the way to go, call 877-1500." After I was released from the hospital and I got home, that is exactly what I did. 2020 being the crazy year that it was, I from June to February I had two different case managers, neither of whom really got much of anything done. But in February of 2021, I was assigned my 3rd case manager, Vince, and boy oh boy, the 3rd time was CERTAINLY the charm! While I know that he probably has dozens if not more cases on his desk, Vince A.L.W.A.Y.S. made me feel like more than a statistic, more than just a string of one's and zero's in a database. Vince was a consummate professional, always very regular in responses in communication. I am autistic, and as such "people skills" are not my forte, but Vince helped me through this EXTREMELY stressful ordeal and did more in a few months than two others did in the better part of a year combined. Score on a scale of 1 to 5 stars: Ten Stars.

I am so impressed with Lerner and Rowe. I got into an accident and had no idea what to do! One of my friends suggested Lerner and Rowe and I am so happy they did. Vince Ditcharo was assigned my case manager and From the moment I walked into his office he was on it. But what is most important to me is that I was treated like family! Vince has gone above a beyond to help me thru the accident and make sure I will get what I am entitled to. He is the main reason that when my mom got into an accident a month ago that without hesitation I told her to call Vince immediately! At Lerner and Rowe I don't feel like one of a thousand clients that have retained them I'm treated as if I was Vince's family members and that he really cares about me and my case and getting me the best care and compensation that is available to me! I know 100% recommend them if you're ever in accident and definitely ask for Vince Ditcharo. In a place like Las Vegas it means a lot when your treated like family and not just another file in a cabinet of 1000s.
