I was in a car accident a few months ago and would have to call in every once in awhile to check in on the status of how the case was going. Usually it would be a stressful thing to deal with but I usually got the same receptionist every time and she made the whole process so much easier to go through. Veronica was so kind and understanding on the phone, she was able to help me with whatever issues I needed to solve and overall made this process an easy one to deal with! She answered and eased any concerns I had, truly a 10/10 employee with the best customer service!
