My mom had a case with lerner and rowe and i would always hear their phone calls. her case manager was Cynthia and she was always energetic and very professional making sure that my mom was safe and taken care of. she called to always check up on my mom and to make sure things were going well. i would definitely recommend her as a case manager, she takes good care of her clients!

The attorneys and staff are very kind, helpful and compassionate. I had difficulties in the beginning but after Jocelyne took the extra time to explain the whole process to me I knew that I had selected the right firm for me! Every single time I have had a wreck Cynthia is the first person I call and she takes me into her office that very same day or first thing in the morning. Let me just start by saying I was not expecting to be this impressed by a law firm. I would not want to take my cases anywhere else besides Lerner and Rowe and have my case assigned to Cynthia.
