Vince Ditcharo, I can not thank you enough. This whole process was extremely easy and simple. I had a million and three questions and you had an answer for every single one. Thank you for the expedited service even during this pandemic, thank you for the patience and time you personally put into handling my case. Lerner and Rowe is unprofessional, they will bill you and drop you as a client and when you try to report something the attorney did to you and when you ask to speak to the supervisor they will not return your calls and you will get the runaround for sure!!! I thought I could trust this law firm but they only care about the money and not you as a client whatsoever at all. Greedy, unprofessional, won't return your calls, not even when they claim the man higher up (Glen Lerner) will give you a call back... it's a complete lie because he won't call you back either.They will drop you during a pandemic when you're the victim and came to them for help after being hit by a car. Be very careful because you cannot trust a law firm who will do that to you with no kind of understanding or sympathy... they make it sound so good on the commercial like all it takes is a simple call and they are there to help you but that isn't the case at all. You will get your chiropractor appointments canceled without them telling you why and when you try to ask to speak to someone else they won't redirect you or tell you why without you signing on to get more money in their pockets... just horrible.

I dont think I will use this law firm again. My case took a year and a half and I never got updated on my case unless I called in. I know they've had my payment check for about a week now but I haven't gotten a call to pick it up. I received a letter from the insurance company saying they mailed the check to Lerner and Rowe already and they should've received it about the same time I received the notification.
