Jocelyne Uy and Kevin Stansbury are handling my case. From day 1 until now I have had nothing but pleasant experiences. Jocelyne and case manager Kevin has been very attentive and professional. It has been 8 months since my accident occurred and I know due to the nature of the accident it is going to take some time to resolve. I would recommend these attorneys & staff To others in need! I was in a car accident in 2014 and was unfortunate enough to employ the services of Lerner and Rowe (just Lerner at the time) and I can say with confidence that had I had the foresight to choose a better attorney I wouldn't be suffering the way I am now. The treatments recommended to me were all by their own people-chiropractors, physical therapists, etc--all of whom took a handsome payment from me for their services. This isn't the crux of the issue, just a note on on whose pockets are lined by the suffering of their clients. The heart of my issue with Lerner and Rowe is that a couple of months after my initial accident, I was hit in my car AGAIN, which actually aggravated my initial injury--at least, I assume it did as I now suffer from Avascular Necrosis, a shattered and dying hip bone and debilitating nerve pain. I HAVE to assume because Glen Lerner advised me AGAINST going to the doctor and pushed me into a mere $700 settlement, saying that's all I could expect for my injury. Now I find myself essentially crippled by nerve pain flare ups, sometimes leaving me immobile for weeks on end. But hey, thank god for that $700, right? I am in near constant pain and need a hip replacement, and I'm not even 30 years old. If Lerner and Rowe really cared about their clients like their marketing team wants us to believe they do, they would make this right.

Worst experience ever. The lawyers here have a bad attitude don't return calls and will probly never resolve your case. They have very large egos but are unable to deliver.

My experience with Lerner and Rowe was excellent. Atty Scott Guido and his case manager, Vince were professional all the way. They are never too busy not to return a call in a timely fashion. When you need an explanation, Vince will go out of his way to provide it in language you can understand. I would highly recommend Lerner and Rowe.
