I had a bad experience with them,, I don't know where I have to start . my case took almost 13 months my case was other Marissa when I call to ask about my case she was busy even if I left the voice message no body call me back , one day I called to ask about my case the receptionist told me my case transferred with Ben, wow this guy I called him and I try to ask what is going on my case tooks to long , he never listen to me he start yelling and telling me if I want he can give me my documents and I can stop my case with them,,I was like really?? After this all time Omg I never seen like this service in my life I shoud be upset because of my case tooks long ,, finally the case this all 13 months tooks ,, My case was closed but the money I got I can say it's nothing ,, I never ever recommend this place for anyone ,,

Glenn Learner and Associates are amazing! My case manager was VinceDitcharo, and he was (honest, trustworthy, attentive) and informative to everything that had to do with my case, Vince was phenomenal. My case was a difficult task due to me trying to fight the insurance company alone which is something I don't recommend. SAFECO tried to prolong the process and at the beginning sign a waiver stating that the case was closed. On top of that stating that it would not affect then paying for property damages as well bodily injury. Dust meaning by the time I contact an attorney when Lerner and Associates close to five to six months at already went by. Glen Lerner took my case and turned it around with their knowledge and their teams behind them. I felt safe confident and never once had to chase down my case manager for an update. My experience with Glen Lerner sociats and my case manager Vince was the best ever.
