Kevin is 100%! I contacted him last minute and he was able to help me and give me a better resolution to my issue than I had originally anticipated. Kevin is professional, communicates accordingly and will answer your questions fully. The one thing I really liked about Kevin is that he was upfront with me and didn’t make any promises.

He is incredibly knowledgable about identity theft, the laws surrounding protection/rights and skilled in identifying the best course of action for you personally. Kevin was very articulate, down to earth, and easy to talk. I had an issue with the a doctor reporting my account to collections from a visit that I had over 5 years ago, due to insurance not covering the bill. Kevin negotiated with the collections agency and the doctor on my behalf. Within the day he significantly lowered my bill AND erased the negative report from my credit history. I 100% recommend Kevin’s services if you need help negotiating on your behalf. His staff was also very polite and professional. This was a great experience: 10/10.

Kevin helped me out a few years ago with a creditor who had filed a claim against me. It all came to a screeching halt when the creditor violated FDCPA. Kevin negotiated to have my case dismissed in court, and had the creditor pay the balance of my fees.
The entire staff is great! Highly recommend!
