I first hired someone out of California who came highly recommended to help me with unlawful debt collecting methods, but I realized a year later they were sending the generic dispute letters you can find online or write yourself. I did not understand the process or what was going on unless I called. I just know I was being charged monthly. A friend thankfully handed me Mr. Kevin Hernandez’s contact and when I saw we shared a last name I knew I had to at least sit for a consultation. (By the way, for those who didn’t catch on, we are NOT related, it’s just an extremely common last name). During our meeting, he explained exactly what to expect, when to expect it by, and how he was going to execute his plan. There were no junk monthly charges, it was up front. You knew what you were getting from the gate with Kevin. Full transparency and excellent communication. Needless to say, within a couple of short months Kevin was able to successfully negotiate in my behalf and keep my credit records clean. My score went up to the HIGH 780’s and with a couple of months of paying of my cards I hit the early 800’s mark for the first time! His paralegal is well organized and on the ball as well. I highly encourage Kevin to help handle your matters, whatever they may be.

It is beyond 'difficult' to find support when you are dealing with credit/identity issues. Kevin has not only created a Law Office that can help you navigate the complexities surrounding identify theft and credit bureau issues, he has established an environment that is welcoming and supportive from the moment you begin working with him. Kevin was responsive and always communicated clearly. He was able to help us sort out all of our issues. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Kevin and his staff were great. The price was right and they helped my husband clean his credit as much as they could. He was about to get some creditors to settle, some to delete the submissions and two to even pay us to get it completed. It took a total of 3 years, but it was worth the wait.

I hired Mr. Hernandez to help me come to an agreement with this extremely irritating debt collector. Not only did he help me understand what exactly was happening and answer all my questions effortlessly (and trust me I got irritating), he got me the perfect deal for my particular situation.
