First time having to deal with a lawyer. Santiago was the gentleman that help me out. He was always on time for whenever he said he would get back to us. He'll talk to you like a normal person while still being professional. This gentleman actually made everything easier than I could ever think I could of been. Luis and Santiago were nothing short of amazing with helping me throughout my case. Every deadline I was told would be met within a certain amount of time was always finished on time or before the timeframes given to me. I will definitely call them again if needed in the future. So grateful for Southwest Injury Law :) I am a mom of 2 young girls who were t-boned by a cab...my van was totaled. Thankfully, I was able to get in pretty much right away and they had me set up to get checked out to deal with my neck back pain and the fact that I hit my head along with my two girls. Luis & his staff are top notch. I can always get help when I need it, including a call back...They are very responsive & treat you like a friend. I have already received the 1st portion of the settlement for myself & my girls...I am grateful and I fully recommend :)
