Unprofessional and disrespectful behavior
“Used a markup decree and didn't change the information that was given in our mediation then charged me for redoing it. Has an unprofessional attitude and super disrespectful.”

Lack of responsiveness and prioritization
“My inheritance check was sent to the wrong address, now I'm waiting for it to be returned to sender when the simple resolution would be to place a stop payment on the check that was already sent and to issue me a new one. I've called to request just that and haven't received a callback in 5 days. Definitely didn't feel like a priority.”
