Communication was good and then fell off and I voiced my opinion and they took my complaints seriously, which I totally appreciated. Once I voiced my concerns, it got a lot better. I’ve only had to visit the office three times but each time it was a great experience each time! If ever I had to come back and go through this process again, I’d choose them.

The Powell law firm was without a doubt the best experience I have ever had dealing with a lawyer and and accident. Long story short!! I was in an accident in 2012 the original firm had not settled my case as of february 2018. Let me be clear this was a simple car accident. The other driver was cited and his insurance company paid out his limits in 2013. Now here is where Paul and his great team come in. The original law firm was dealing with internal issues that had nothing to do with me I was just a client. I was strung along for years while they were dealing with internal issues after my last doctors visit. The continued to blame the insurance company, and I would hear from them for months at a time. When I did hear from them it was the same old song and dance. The Powell law firm was recommend to me by a friend. I went in sat down discussed my case gave them all of my medical records 4 months later....BAM case settled Paul got me triple what the other firm said they could do and I was done. The Paul Powell law firm despite how you may feel about lawyers took care of me and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest caring lawyer. Thanks again to Heather and Ian for their time and patience, and a big THANKS to Paul he is a man of his word!!

The Paul Powell Law Firm has been nothing but exceptional and professional. I originally didn't start with them I had another lawyer, I fired him and then hired the Paul powel Law Firm. We are under a deadline so they had to work fast, a hard and trying time to go through but they are there to hold your hand. They go far and above to help people. Dont worry about that commercial, call anyway! LOL😄

My experience with the Powell law office was very nice. The staff was very kind and prompt with keeping me informed on my case. They made it very easy to get everything done so I didn't have to worry about anything except getting better. They came to my house for signing paperwork and even paid for transportation to pick me up and take me home when I didn't have any means of transportation. They made me feel comfortable and confident about my case from the very beginning to the very end. If I had to say one thing to describe the staff I would say they are very down to earth unlike some of the other law firms where they have conceded heads and treat you like lesser people. I wish I could work at the Powell law firm just because that one quality amongst many other qualities. I have no negative experiences to post whatsoever. Thanks Powell law firm. I rate you 5 stars.
