I have not needed to use Paul Powell for any legal matters but I do have to say I was one of the winners of a great gift for my child and every person I have spoke too whether in person or on the phone were extremely kind and willing to help. I have not had the pleasure of using Paul Powell as a lawyer, but have seen the good he has done in our community. I was the winner of a 500 dollar gift card and was able to use the money to buy new and exciting materials for my classroom! This was my first and hopefully last car accident but if if I need another lawyer to represent me it will be Paul Powell!!! It was an easy process and they were very professional and made me feel like they truly were concerned about my wellbeing and health first and foremost always. I`ve had the most incredible experience with The Powell Law Firm, I would recommend there services to my family and friends. I got into a car accident early 2018. Since I`ve been working with them, they have always called and updated me on new information regarding my case. I could call anytime or email and they would answer all my questions and concerns with full details. I loved mostly that they would call and check on me and my spouse on how are therapy treatments were from our accident. They are very patient and friendly, i always felt there smiles through the phone. My case was recently closed and i am well over satisfied with there great customer service.

Powell law firm was represented by Ian which turned out to be excellent lawyer for me .. but i will tell you this though.. the hands specialist they sent me to was greedy tried to pay ll a stunt with my insurance ro get more money which cause my settlement tp delay rwo monrhs past expected time frame dont trust him .. i would use Powell firm again they were legit

Well don’t let his commercials fool you, He may be a nice guy (I wouldn’t know I never got the chance to meet him) but he’s like every other attorney out there. So when you call his office to set up an appointment to speak to an attorneyYou get shuffled over to Edward who’s job it is to see whether the monetizing opportunity of your case is worthy of his attorneys time. I’ll paraphrase Edwards very blunt assessment “You want an attorney because you want a settlement, well you need to have treatment to get a settlement “. This guy may sound like he’s the champion of the downtrodden but he’s just another ambulance chaser with an amicable personality.

We went because my mom had an accident, instead of them investigating, they assumed they knew what happened, and they were wrong... disappointed that nobody took the time to follow through
