Mr Onello charged 30k but simply did not do his job for the amount he charged. The divorce got dragged out much longer than it supposed to because Mr Onello wanted to charge maximum for the minimum work he did. At the end, I had to file my own forms because he was asking for more after I paid 30k. The case is listed as Cassel vs Cassel in Clark county so this is a legit one star review. Avoid at all cost. One last point I want to make. Mr Onello spends more time removing one star reviews than actually working so I would assume all the 5 star reviews are not legit. Don't fall for false reviews like I did.

This was the second time I have used Onello Law Group, with excellent outcome. This office is easy to communicate with and very professional. I would not hesitate to recommend you call for a consultation should you find yourself in need of legal assistance.

I found Onello Law Group through the reviews, so I am making sure to pass my experience along. My case should have been pretty easy, but due to being mishandled by the court and judge, it became a long and drawn out process. Vanessa and Nicole were extremely helpful while helping me navigate the best way to handle my case. I really felt like they cared and wanted to see the best possible outcome. We did get the outcome I desired, and for that I’m incredibly grateful!

I hired Jason Onello for my representation. I advised him my case was mostly based on my son’s type 1 diabetes since he had been recently diagnosed at the time. He falsely advised he knew about the disease. It came evident after hiring him and paying the retainer that he did not after relaying documentation about how my son’s glucose levels were being handled when he was with his father. I had family services do an investigation on myself and his father. The case was closed and I was confident it was ruled in my favor since I had spoken to the representative many times about it. He did not read the report he was going off of assumptions that he knew what it was about. Once I asked if I could read the report his response was “why”. Because who wouldn’t want to read about an investigation that was done about you and your children. Especially if it was determining if your children were going to be taken away. The next day after requesting to read the report he advised me he no longer wanted to represent me. I retained a new lawyer and read the report and it was very clear he never had read the report beforehand. When he was my attorney he offered horrible advice on ways to win my case and even offered to just drop everything and just be paid on hand since my ex’s lawyer wasn’t being paid anything to be retained. I would not recommend him at all. I would save your money and go with a more respectable attorney.

There is no better legal experience then dealing with Onello Law Group. Bar none an outstanding organization that made my filing absolutely worry free. Very clear, and concise communication and truly made me feel as a valuable client. Class act team!
