Very thankful for all of Jayricks help. After my divorce I was lost on how to file my individual business taxes for multiple years and I had never done taxes on my own . He was very helpful guiding me through the process what my options were. He was Great at keeping me updated on how my taxes were coming along and getting more documentation that would help me . I contacted Randolph Law Firm November 2022 when I got a letter from the IRS saying I never claimed $50,000 on my 2020 taxes. Found out the hard way I was a victim of identity theft. Jay and Sheryl worked with the IRS to resolve my identity theft and Jay kept me updated through the whole process. I’m extremely happy it’s all over and I didn’t owe anything. I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences while working with Randolph Law Firm. I originally came to Mr. Randolph and his team for tax advice and help. I made an appointment for a complimentary consultation with Attorney Randolph. His location is extremely far away from my home, however, I wanted to come to him after doing some research and browsing other tax attorneys in the Las Vegas area. I felt as though he had the most experience in what I needed help with. During our initial consultation, Mr. Randolph explained everything that I needed to know and thoroughly answered my questions. He was very courteous and non-judgmental when I asked him to repeat information or explain it in a different way when I initially did not understand. He was very personable and made me feel comfortable right away, even though I initially came into his office embarrassed about my situation. As I mentioned, he was very understanding and non-judgmental. After meeting with Attorney Randolph, right away I was contacted by Deana, one of the ladies that works with Mr. Randolph. From our initial contact until now, Deana has been absolutely amazing. She answers ALL of my questions (and believe me, I have plenty of questions!) in a very timely manner. Her email communication is excellent. She is very quick to respond to my emails. If she doesn’t know the answer to any of my question, she says that she will find out for me, and ALWAYS follows up. She also has wonderful telephone communication, informing me of any information that she needs immediately. I am very thankful for Attorney Randolph and his team. I will continue to use Randolph Tax Firm for all my tax needs and highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!
