My attorney was professional, efficient and personable. He was timely in reaching out and cared about me and my case. He gave direction and counsel that were typical in cases such as mine, which I did appreciate and found very helpful. He was thorough and supportive during the entire process and provided me with sound, clear, and practical legal advice. It was clear he would fight for me, but was also protecting my interests.

I was happy when I received a lawyer the next day but then the lawyer said alot but did nothing. 6 days later and I had to find a new one. This lawyer did nothing to prepare my case even though I sent him the documents he requested

It just took you over a year to respond to my review. I bad for legal services that was never done. I called you and left message. The attorney was referred to me by you and I wanted to advise you of not referring him anymore. Apparently he takes money makes promises and never intends to do anything for you the clients. The attorney name I’m referring to is Benjamin Buck. He is a scammer and his office treats you very badly to protect him. Once the money is paid you never hear from him or his office

They all had pretty pictures but behind the pictures were dollar signs. The first one went for $300 per hour and $1,000 to complete a will. I finally found a attorney online that had a bio that I liked so I would not use legal match again

As an attorney, I've used legalmatch for about 3 months. I have never been more disappointed in my marketing choice. The "qualified" leads leave a lot to be desired. I'm barely breaking even. When you factor in the time I've spent on these leads, I'm actually losing time and money. The only smart decision I made with legal match is to not sign a two year agreement. I have about 8 to 9 months left, and I'm sure I'll continue to kick myself every month when they have to get paid. Save yourself the aggravation.

Absolutely terrible experience. The attorney that was referred to us was rude on the telephone, never provided the free consultation promised, and never returned an email or phone call. Upon contacting LegalMatch about this, they never followed through any further. LegalMatch ignored every email that we sent regarding our experience and continued leaving messages recommending the same lousy attorney. This "service" is completely automated, including it's "robot" phone calls and emails to you. There is no personal attention given to your concerns.
