They are very knowledgeable and courteous

Called in advance. Went in for help filling out legal papers. Since they were not doing forms clinic at courthouse. Told them I could not climb steep stairs because of a torn hip. They had the lady come down. Meanwhile after waiting 10 min a guy joined in waiting. She had both of us come into a conference room. Ignored I had been waiting first. She assisted him with his papers. Again ignoring me. I patiently waited, even though I was mad. Then when it came my turn she rudely told me " oh I can't help you. " never making any suggestions where I could go. I think they should shut their doors as they pick and chose who they want to help. They are rude, unhelpful and don't seem to care
