Helpful but limited pleasurable staff. I don't know. Maybe my particular experience was one of an oddity though I may be underrating but I'll give it three for now

Zero legal assistance for a civil matter. No referrals of any kind. Pointless

They do not care. I have tried. Begging for any humanity from a lawyernis like brushing teeth expecting them clean while an oreo cookie. Thankx for absolutely nothing.

Marty asked for medical information, then sent an e-mail that proved she was not listening. I have been through probate. They suggested selling my home when I have been advised not to do so as I am living with a low mortgage. They do not listen, ask for information that is none of their business, then told me to call Aging and Disabled Services Division. She asked if I have a social worker, who I do not need. I told her that I had already called that division and was told that they did not have programs for the disabled and their mortgages. Marty was more interested in collecting medical information, judging me, then not helping at all.

I was able to get as far as a telephone consultation with someone making me feel they were going to help me. Of course at the slotted time - no one called me. I called them, I wrote them… not even crickets. One would think they weren’t in business anymore. Wouldn’t recommend.

They seem to try and help

Personally I don't think services like this should pick and choose what kind of help they offer... it seems they know the system is broken and rigged when they only assist in matters where you are screwed from the start. There really needs to be a service like this for civil matters where we as people can fight back against corporate tyranny and other institutions that bully people around on a regular.
