The staff was very, very nice and helpful at all times. All the girls over there answered all my questions about my case. Veronica, Brenda etc deserve more than 5 stars for the service provided. Mister Richard is the best lawyer i have ever worked with. My case wasn't quite easy however he told me what to do and the steps we will follow. My case was approved and i am very thankful. Very unpleasant experience with this law firm.BAD CUSTOMER service.They never inform you any updates on your case unless otherwise you call them.Too bad, I found out the status of my case on line,not from them.
