After being severely injured on the job, I reached out to mr Santos for legal representation and hopefully compensation. This took place in the hight of the Covid epidemic, aka, flu. After countless delays and deliberations I became quite frustrated as my quality of life was in decline physically and mentally. As a pipe fitter/ welder, I was CLUELESS to the legal avenues this would involve. Honestly, he doesn’t always relate all of the legalities to myself, his client, but even if he had it would most likely just complicated things more with questions and back and forth with things I just wouldn’t understand.
