After a terrible injury, and Workman's comp denied me medical care to fix my injury, I had to resort to finding an Attorney. Six months after, I actually called another Firm, who does not handle workman's comp cases, and they directed me to Mr. Santos. It wasn't an easy road, but Mr. Santos & his office personnel were always very helpful and caring. When there were extremely bad days, Mr. Santos always made me feel better. He was always working hard for Me and to get me medical care that was really needed and to get me a settlement that would take care of my financial & medical needs, pursuant to me losing my job during this ordeal. I would highly recommend Mr. Santos to anyone that is going through a hard time with their Workman's Comp situation. The total time to the Wonderful End, was about 2 1/2 years. Here’s why you should have Herb Santos, Jr., as your attorney. (But first, background): I was the losing defendant in a personal injury/vehicle accident case brought against me by a plaintiff who retained HSJ to sue my insurance company. I was well represented by an excellent law firm my car insurance company retained to fight the case brought against me by HSJ. In other words, the lawyers representing my insurance company were defending my insurance co.by defending me, their insured. My side lost.
