When we first went to Mr Patterson we were scared and confused. He immediately explained all our rights and the ways he could help us. Everything he said and did went just like clockwork. We have been in 3 years now and we have had some issues. Mr Patterson always takes over and gets them fixed. You can count on he and his staff to handle all your needs. Shout to Sam too!!!

I filed a Chapter 7 BK, and Mr. Patterson and his team have provided the expert care I expected to pay for. My case is simple, as I don’t own property, I’m unmarried, and I have zero assets. However, this legal team has mostly answered my questions with zero b.s. My only wish was that the matter of keeping my vehicle would have been explained to me in greater detail, as this is the one fact of my situation I wished to discuss, and I had brought the matter up early into the proceedings. Now, after filing, I’ve had to Google a number of legal facts relating to keeping a vehicle, and, after the advice I’ve received AFTER filing, I now face the prospect of no longer having access to said vehicle. A prospect and a possibility are two VERY different things. Consider this fact going forward, and your clients will be much happier. I’m a working professional paying for services. The least you can do is to set the stage for all outcomes in this very serious financial decision.

Friendly and highly qualified

I shopped around for lawyers and decided on Sean after numerous recommendations. I was not disappointed as he took the time to explain my options and lay out a plan. He had step by step guidance and forms to fill out that made the process as hassle free as possible. The cost was very reasonable. He is a specialist and it shows. Sam, his assistant is also very professional and knowledgable. Of course some complications came up and Sean was able to handle it and put my mind at ease. I cannot recommend a better lawyer in Reno, and looking back, I am so glad that I did not try to do this on my own.
