I’m a retired senior lady who barely manages. When a creditor came after me two years after my bankruptcy, while I was sick from the pandemic, Sean and Sam got me the documents to protect myself within an hour. They had my back when I was totally vulnerable and panicked. During the bankruptcy, they helped me get through a horribly distressing period when things snowballed out of control and helped me get back on my feet and stay there when one creditor decided to try and pick my bones later.

I filed bankruptcy with his office in 2010. He was amazing then and he is amazing now. I recently have had a collection attorney harassing me, harassing my family, threatening to empty my bank account and garnish my wages. This was a card that was closed in 2006 and they’re coming after me for five times what the original amount was. I called his office freaking out. He calmed me down and took matters into his own hands. He contacted this agency and is still fighting for me even 10 years after I was his client.
