I found the O'Mara Law Firm after doing an online search for appeals attorneys after I lost my relocation trial with a different firm.  I contacted the O'Mara law firm and David called me back that same day and stayed on the phone with me and listened while I explained my situation.  I could tell right away this firm was above other firms and their ability to actually listen and advise their clients.  I had to terminate to previously retained firm due to their inability to address my case seriously. After spending thousands of dollars and over a year gone by I was getting nowhere and extremely frustrated. After deciding not to appeal my case because attorney O’Mara believed that it would be better to re approach my relocation order instead of taking more time to appeal.  Within four months, David was able to convince the court that relocation was good for my child.  After reading the New Order I was so impressed because it showed how much and how well he had listened and understood our goal and how much difficulty we had been faced with up till retaining him and the O'Mara Law Firm.
