We did our online homework & read tons of great reviews on "Affordable Bankruptcy" / attorney Kevin J. Szotkowski, before we retained his services for our (future) BK filing. His staff members, Donna and also Jenn were always professional, helpful and assisted us promptly w/what they needed from us & their deadlines. If you follow their instructions & suggestions promptly, it will be easier in the long run. Our court date days ago (meeting of creditors, though none of our creditors showed up) was just 3-4 mins long and we were done. Painless! We expect the court to mail our 1-pg chapter 7 BK discharge for in 2-4 months. Court is busy with case loads galore. Kevin is a great attorney & a genuinely nice guy. We highly recommend you going w/Affordable Bankruptcy should you find yourself stuck in a financial death trap like we found ouselves in. Bankruptcy is a trying time and you should have all the answers before you go through with this process. D. Swaim and J. Baumann were very helpful and got me through this process smoothly. If you have doubts because communication is mainly through email and texts, don't be, they made it very easy and answered within a timely manner. Attny. Kevin Szotkowski was great a week before the 341 hearing and on the day of the hearing, he made it very easy and calm. He explained what to expect from the trustee and what to do afterwards if applicable to your case. I would recommend this office to anyone who has to file bankruptcy especially there are other offices to choose from..
