The bankruptcy process itself was lengthy and stressful. There is a ton of paperwork to prepare and it feels overwhelming and never ending. I did my filing online. Donna was very helpful and answered all my questions in a timely manner all throughout the preparation for filing, and she helped clarify everything I was confused about. Kevin did a great jo overall. I recommend hiring him.

After several months of considering filing for bankruptsy, I contacted the office and I spoke to Donna after explaining my situation she explained what the process would be and that I was able to file. A pretty painless experience. My Attorney Kevin at our first and only meeting in person. Explained to me the process and answered any questions I had. All of the document requirements, and any other information that was required by the court was fully explained in emails from his paralegal, Donna. It was very easy for me to provide these documents, and any other information because I had a Adobe Scan and Acrobat on my phone. And an HP printer that had scan and fax capabilities. During the whole process, I believe I only had two questions that I thought were important for me to have a clear understanding of. One of which was a correction on some of my monthly expenses which I underestimated in Kevin explained to me there are certain amounts allowed by law. The other was on the retention of my vehicle and about signing a reaffirmation agreement, but after a quick phone call to him that was resolved. I live 30 miles away from my attorneys office and the court, so this was very easy for me to do without having to drive back-and-forth to deliver documents, or having conversations or meetings. By hearing was conducted over the phone and all is well. Like I said before every step, and all the information is sent to you and completely explained.
