My husband and I initially filed a chapter 13, however, when CoVid started, I went on a furlough- and Sean transitioned us into a Chapter 7 with no problem. Sean and his assistant Sam both are very helpful and knowledgeable. Whenever, I have called to leave a message I always got a call back the same day!!! I highly recommend Sean Patterson! He is the best Bankruptcy attorney in Northern Nevada.. And he is pretty cool and down to earth!!

I thought the entire process went exceptionally well from the first consultation to the complete discharge of my chapter 7. Sean maintained a high level of professionalism and efficiency in all aspects of the chapter 7.
I definitely recommend Sean as the attorney of choice for bankruptcy.
Recently, I had and issue with a collection agency that Sean followed up on with a Conference call to the agency to resolve the issue directly with them over one year after discharge, once again Sean is very professional and efficient in handling bankruptcy issues.
