Washoe County is lucky to have WLS! I had an important decision to make and not enough knowledge of the law to comfortably make it. Washoe Legal Services called me back less than 24 hours after I walked in and gave me straightforward answers that greatly influenced my decision. I am extremely grateful for the service and I wish I had more thoroughly expressed that to the legal expert I spoke to. Thanks again!

A joke. Being a victim of a crime, referred there only to be told that my case was to involved, to time sensitive and my income was to high.
I was not aware that because I worked that I was no longer a victim, and may have great expenses due to the crime.
Instead I got to hire an attorney to fight my case.

My grandmother received a phone call from this office 6-22-2018, a person with sundown syndrome and a memory problems, i couldn't get any information from her in regards to what it was about and i've been trying to get ahold of ANY staff member since then to no avail. I'm under the impression that this company is not real and will be turning this information into the authorities.
