My case got dismissed!! Price is well worth it!! I hired Kenneth Stover to represent me in my 2nd DUI case. Because of my particular situation, I needed a damn good attorney. He came highly recommended from a good friend of mine. I had interviewed multiple DUI attorneys this time because of my horrible experience with Joey Gilbert’s office during my 1st DUI. Kenneth went out of his way to come in on his day off and provide me with a free consultation. After our consultation I interview two more attorneys and went home, I did research on each attorney I interviewed and still no one could beat Kenneth. It was at this time I decided to hire him. With his years of experience and coming from a Prosecutor to a Defense Attorney he really knew what he was doing. He had a game plan the entire time and stayed in constant communication with me regarding any progress which is something that NEVER happened with Joey Gilbert’s office. We went to court, stuck to the game plan, and my case got completely dismissed!!! If you want a true chance at lowering your charge or even winning your case HIRE KENNETH STOVER, I would hire him again any day!

They went above and beyond any expectations and made sure I got all the information that was needed and helped me understand exactly what was going on before, during, and after the case. Their staff has the upmost respect and understanding of your needs, if there were any questions they would get the answers to the best of their knowledge so that you were not left questioning or wondering what was going on. My wife was involved in an auto accident for which she had no responsibility (rear end accident). She was injured and amassed medical bills over at least a year. Initially, we just paid the deductible for bills ourselves, but after a while and before we realized it we had paid and became responsible for thousands of dollars of medical expenses. Eventually, I discussed the situation with Mr Friedman and MS Julie Throop. They were our last hope, because at least three prominent Reno law firms declined to help us for various insignificant reasons including impending statute of limitations issues. This law firm was exceptionally responsive and helpful. The lawyers spoke clear and understandable English as they skillfully guided us through the complicated process. They were in regular contact with us and constantly updated us with the status of progress. The cost for their service was fair and very acceptable, none of which was payable until after the settlement was arranged and paid. We recovered all our out of pocket expenses, all outstanding obligations were resolved, and after paying the lawyers, we ended up with a more than fair chunk of settlement money. We would refer this law firm to anyone without the slightest concern or hesitation.

I threatened to go to the bar and retained another law firm to finally get my records. It will be 3 YEARS in a couple weeks, and we're still going round and round. I would have been better off to settle with the other guy's insurance company in the beginning. RF.
