The NPA retained attorney Shamus Flynn to represent us in a FOIA request to an entity we expected to resist following the statute. As expected, they initially raised all manner of objections that had no basis in law. Shamus researched each objection and was able to respond in such a way that made it clear they would not prevail in a court challenge. As a result, we achieved our objective, obtaining results which would be considered the results of our best day in court, without having to go to court.

These guys are rockstars. We have loved working with them.
