I initially started my journey through Monica’s (M.J. Caffaratti) volunteer services through Safe Embrace. Her guidance allowed me to self manage my custody case at the time. Along my journey I found myself needing the support and hands on guidance of a lawyer. I connected with Morgan Hurley and with her guidance and expertise I knew I could rely on her to help me achieve the best outcome for my case. I don’t know where’d I be without the both of them and highly recommend them both.

Hands down the BEST attorney I have ever worked with!!!!! Monica and her team are amazing beyond words and so nice to work with. They are very caring and understanding. They help financially by giving you payment options and Monica cuts corners where she can to save you money. Worth every penny. Our situation dealt with custody of a child and before her it was a long dragged out process (over a year of back and forth with the other parent not willing to compromise and trying to take the child away) while we were dumping money into another attorney that wouldn’t advocate or help us fight off a parent who was trying to get full custody. Monica happily took on our case, swooped in and saved the day. We were able to walk away with a better 50/50 custody agreement that was clear and precise, thanks to Monica’s hard work, and with additional time given to us. She is truly a god send!!

Monica and Morgan are the best attorneys in Reno. I was so lucky to have found them in my darkest and most difficult days. They helped me navigate through my emotionally painful divorce by fighting and being there for me from the beginning until the end. They were my backbone, my support, and I would say - "my best friends" during those months of battle in the court.
