I was sideswiped by a bus while parked in my truck. Two of my children were with me at the time. I sustained injuries. Originally, I planned to work things out on my own to get my truck fixed. After receiving no response from the responsible party, I reached out to Benson & Bingham. I had never done anything with an injury lawyer, so I was hesitant to reach out. However, the staff went out of their way to guide my path in a courteous and kind manner. From the front desk to the caseworkers, to the lawyers, B&B showed me nothing but respect and compassion. My lawyer, Todd Alexander, made me feel heard. He explained the process clearly and managed my expectations. I am so grateful to have such a skilled lawyer in my corner. Amy Sulanke was with me every step of the way. She kept me updated on the state of my case and listened whenever I had a concern. Thank you Amy! I reached out to this company for help and was told they only handle personal injury (understandable). I asked for guidance and was told that I needed to take the insurance company to small claims court for trying to pay less of a value for a complete loss that we were not at fault for. Unfortunately this is inaccurate as small claims only goes up to $10,000 and this is not actually the correct way to get this handled, a Civil Attorney is. Very poor customer service and misleading a consumer is just bad business practices. Secondary review after the owner followed up: Very unprofessional company. Due to the amount of competition on the market, I would recommend finding a different company. I inquired on information to help with a legal situation and was given advice that was not applicable and just poor customer service. This advice was given after I asked for a recommendation or input on the direction I should go. Due to the poor customer service, I left a negative review. The owner of the company became very aggressive, called me a liar sadly, and said more or less he would legally seek revenge against me for the review, for his office being unprofessional and misleading. You can see this reviews response, below. He discredited me and my review. I brought this up to the colleague that was in my car who listened to the conversation with the office and he was very disappointed too. Not only once, but two times we experienced bad customer service, then aggressiveness, and immaturity from the owner (and a series of grammatically errors in his rebuttal. You can choose the opinion you want, but the belittling involved in the response will give you a generic idea of what this company is about.

Talk to them today there are 🗑. They pick and choose how they want to help out. Be careful who you ask to help. Please don't reply to me like you care, just trying to cover your business. Because if you did, you would have helped me like you help my friend out in the same situation 😒. I just wanted to see if I could get helped due to medical issues. I guess it's all about who you know to get the help you need.. Once again, be careful who you ask for help.

I enlisted B&B when I was victimized by hit-n-run driver on the freeway. Ran, but I caught him. Totaled my pristine 2000 GMC Yukon Denali. Attorney Todd Alexander and Case Manager Nellie Adami took my case. They both immediately had me feeling at ease, confident and optimistic. For 6 months they diligently handled my personal injury claim, investigated the perpetrator, dealt with insurance company, keeping me fully apprised along the way. When, after circumstances beyond control compromised my claim, they gave it to me straight. Good people
