Rich was great. he communicated with me the entire time. He worked with me for over two years and was very patient whenever I had questions or didn't understand something. He always was honest about how he felt about my case and what the difficulties would be so that I was never caught off guard in the process.That type of honesty was greatly appreciated. I feel he went above and beyond to make it as pain free and stress free as possible.

As a person who did not have any knowledge on hiring attorneys..(who really does.) I consulted with a few. I ended up going back to Rich as he took time to talk and review my case with me. Always returned my calls/emails. Addressed my concerns and always dealt with the details. I ended up hiring him again when I got injured.. He kept me up to date and in the loop without pressures so I could heal. He is an excellent attorney who will go above for his clients.
