Kind, compassionate, knowledgeable

I spent thousands on Mr. Barnes services and I constantly felt as though he hired me, as if I was doing something wrong. I spent a lot of my own time and money preparing things for him, typing things up that he used some of word for word in correspondences, researching and gathering things he'd request and he never wanted to use them. When I tried discussing my feelings he was very condescending and was insistent on proving me wrong. I expressed from the very get go I needed agressive, he is not exsactly that.
