Never have i ever been treated so rudely on the phone

Wallace Millsap has been amazing to work with. Pat has gone above and beyond. Excellent customer service and communication. I cannot say enough good things! I would highly recommend Wallace Millsap to anyone. From the first phone call to years later of follow up. I’m so glad to have chosen such a great law firm.

Patrick Millsap is a great person as well as a great attorney. Very knowledgeable and helpful to my father. He explained everything in terms that my father and I could understand and was very reasonably priced for his services. I would recommend him and his office for any family trust or will needs.

Mr. Rosenauer submitted court paperwork with incorrect names on it stating I would be purchasing a home but yet someone else would be living in it. His paralegal stated “several people looked over the paperwork prior to submitting it and the error was not caught” this is now delaying closing of a home for over two weeks. Mr. Rosenauer stated it is not his fault for the error, the error he and his team entered on court paperwork and never caught. His office from the receptionist all the way to himself are extremely rude, unprofessional and is obviously okay with submitting paperwork with errors and not taking responsibility for those errors. I would never recommend this attorney and will continue to use my large social group to inform people of the lack of professionalism. To sum this up, Mr. Rosenauer hung up the phone on my after telling me I am making a large leap stating he is not at fault for the error he and his team submitted on court paperwork

This is the second time I have used Patrick Millsap for my legal needs. He does a great job. He knows his stuff & is real. His office staff is the best! I tell all my friends & family that need an attorney to go see Pat. They will do a great job for you as well!

Mr. Rosenauer is a very personable and generous lawyer. I hired him for a probate case, where someone closed to me had passed, and he not only gave me great advice and was very efficient and generous with his time but he made space for my emotions and me as a human in a very heartfelt way.
