Recently I had issues with a brand new vehicle I purchased from a dealership in Reno, NV. The brakes on the vehicle failed four times in less than 30-days. Despite the Attorney General of NV classifying the vehicle as a lemon and interceding on my behalf, the dealership and manufacturer wouldn't take the vehicle back. That was until I hired John Funk. In my opinion, he's one of the best attorney's I've ever worked with. He's a no-nonsense, transparent, and clear communicator. From day one I felt he was going to resolve an almost four month dispute. John's plan was implemented swiftly and ultimately I received a brand new vehicle and a settlement check from the manufacturer. I am very pleased with this result.
